The Buses
Two companies, run by two characters in the book (albeit one the protagonist). These are London OmniBus (run by Fred Brundell) and L1/Group (run by Au).
Main Fictional Routes
These bus routes are totally or part fictional, and are not endorsed, or even known to Transport for London. I am not responsible for any people who then ask TfL 'why do these bus routes not exist, when they do here', because they are TOTALLY FICTIONAL. All information is all related to the story, so it is TOTALLY FICTIONAL!
Route 239
A link between Hammersmith and Clapham via Chiswick and Roehampton, this is used as a 'friend linker' for the 'good' side. This is operated by L1/Group Buses from their Brentford Dockside bus garage.
Route 311
Route 311
Another friend linker for the 'good' side. This is also used for journeys to Kew from Central London in the story. This is operated by L1/Group Buses from their Brentford Dockside bus garage.
Route 369
This is operated by L1/Group Buses from their Brentford Dockside bus garage.
Route 392
Hanwell Broadway-Clapham Common. The bus that links both sides of the feud. Provides a quicker link to Victoria from Hammersmith than 211. It also links Hanwell and Brentford with Central London. This is commonly used by both sides to get to Central London. The Hanwellians and a few others use this route (rarely) to get to school. They prefer the 666 as it is timed, on time and the bus stand is in front of Hanwellian No.1's house. This is operated by L1/Group Buses from their Brentford Dockside bus garage.
Route 435
Hounslow Bus Station-Staines - Thorpe Park
The route is used for people who go to Thorpe Theme Park, instead of taking the shuttle bus, which has been replaced by 435. This is operated by L1/Group Buses from their Heathrow North bus garage.

Route 456
Chiswick, Edensor Road-Greenford, Westway Cross. Another route that links both sides of the feud, as well as a friend linker for both sides. The Hanwellians and a few others use this route (rarely) to get to school. They prefer the 694/695 as it is timed, on time and the bus stand is in front of Hanwellian No.1's house. This is operated by L1/Group Buses from their Southall bus garage.
Route 480
Hanwell Broadway-Richmond. The 'C' shaped route that links both sides of the feud, it also provides links between Hanwell, North Acton, White City, Hammersmith and Richmond. This is rarely used by the Hanwellians as a long way to get home from Westfield White City. This is operated by L1/Group Buses from their Southall bus garage.
Route 495
Hanwell Broadway - Kew Riverside-Wimbledon. The Hanwellians and a few others use this route (rarely) to get to school. They prefer the 666 as it is timed, on time and the bus stand is in front of Hanwellian No.1's house. This is operated by L1/Group Buses from their Brentford Dockside bus garage.
Routes 666/695
The big ones.
666: Hanwell Broadway-Gunnersbury School-Kew Riverside
695: Hanwell, Brentside School-Hanwell Broadway-Elthorne Park School-Kew Riverside-Shene School (Sheen)
This is used mostly by the Hanwellians to get to school, as it is timed to a certain time, it is reliable, on time and there cannot be any late buses from the stand, surely... It is a linker between friends and both sides of the feud. 666 goes via The Ride to Gunnersbury School and back to Boston Manor Road, whilst the 695 doesnt do the double run. They are operated by L1/Group Buses from their Southall bus garage.. 666 is 694 renumbered again.

Other Major Routes to Mention
Routes 9/9H/N9 - real routes
9: Turnham Green-Aldgate
9H: Hammersmith-Aldwych
N9: Heathrow Terminal 5-Aldgate
They are both used by me regularly as a means to get to Central London. 9H is named because the original Routemasters are running as a heritage section of the route. The N9 is also noted as my favourite bus route and is used in the story as a means to get to Heathrow Airport. They were extended from Aldwych to Aldgate to provide a cross-London link. They are operated by London United/RATP Group from Stamford Brook (9, 9H) and Hounslow (N9)

Route 65/N65 - real routes
Ealing Broadway-Kingston - Chessington (N65)
No change, apart from a change of buses from the Polish built Scania buses to Alexander-Dennis Enviro 400 Hybrids, which happens in the middle of the story. Used regularly in the beginning and the middle of the story. The night service was also renamed to N65, a year after the night service was extended via bus route 71 to Chessington. Both routes are operated by London United/RATP at Fulwell.

Route 105 - real route
Heathrow Central Bus Station-Greenford Station
Not much change, apart from an operator change to L1/Group Buses at Heathrow North Garage. It is now one of the flagship routes for the garage. Also, the route is used usually as a gateway for Dormer's Wells. Also, the Hanwellians use the route as a gateway into the home areas of Jay/Tonotto Kowalski, and Au, ready for any attack.

Route 111/N111 - real routes
111: Heathrow Central-Kingston
N111: Heathrow Terminal 5-Sutton
They are my second favourite bus routes. It features from time to time in the story. 111 gained its 24hr service, before losing it as it was replaced by an N111, which didn't serve Heathrow Central, but went from Harlington Corner, via Hatton Cross, Terminal 4 to Terminal 5. The night service was then called N111. The night service was then extended via bus route 406 to Epsom, and then to Sutton provide a cross-border night bus link, and links Epsom with Heathrow. They are operated by London United/RATP at Hounslow (111) and by L1/Group Buses at Heathrow North (N111).

Route 195 - real route
Hayes Hoppner Road (Charville Lane Estate)-Brentford Commerce Road.
Runs along the busy Boston Manor Road corridor, a change of operator to Metroline at Brentford Commerce Road due to the loss of E8. The Hanwellians and a few others use this route (rarely) to get to school. They prefer the 695 as it is timed, on time and the bus stand is in front of Hanwellian No.1's house.

391: Clapham Junction Station-Richmond George Street
H91: Hammersmith Upper Bus Station-Heathrow Central Bus Station
X91: Clapham Junction Station-Heathrow Terminal 4 LIMITED STOP
Formerly named 91, it was split up into 391 and H91 in the 1990s. Now, the 391 is extended to Clapham Junction from Fulham Sands End. The H91 was extended from Hounslow West to Heathrow Central, providing a bus link to Heathrow Central. The X91 was originally a rail replacement bus for the improvement of the Piccadilly Line Heathrow branch, it soon was withdrawn, before customer complaints made the service come back, and also was asked to be extended to Clapham Junction until the new Heathrow Express service from Waterloo. The extension stayed put, even though the new rail link was opened. This then meant that the 91 was reunited, apart from a few little parts, and as an express route. The group is operated by London United/RATP at Stamford Brook (391) and Hounslow Heath (H91). X91 is operated by L1/Group Buses at Heathrow North.
