Characters
This does sound a bit like cheating, but nearly all characters here are also in WLTM, this is because Crossride Abuse has the same 'core' of characters as a certain part of WLTM, with an added twist.
Sergio Garrido
A character not part of WLTM, and yet the main character in this one. After leaving Thamesmead to live in Madrid, he soon returns to London a few years later. In a bizzare twist of fate, he is put into Alex Paul's class, and soon befriends him. This leads him to befriend Au, Jay Kowalski and Jake Nyamise. They all share an interest in something. However, home life for him isn't good, at all. In his home, he is abused, and stuck in a crossroads. Not knowing whether to change your life by running away is a decision Sergio has to make. And it only gets harder, with other twists, and the unbearable thought of leaving close friends behind. Once more, Robin Trouski, a sworn enemy of Sergio thanks to his friendship with Au, knows his father and does whatever he can to make Sergio suffer.
Alex Paul
Already in the class when Sergio arrives, he is assigned to help Sergio in the first few weeks at school. This then leads Sergio to Au, Jay and Jake. He was chosen because of his good behaviour, reliability and good terms with some teachers. Alex is a kind person who, just like in WLTM, is already friends with Au, and he befriends Jay because of Au. He is mostly mature, compared to most of his classmates. Although he feels comfortable with living at Feltham, his family considers moving to Chiswick
Jay Kowalski
Possibly someone you can never hate. He is already friends with Au, Jake, Deco, and soon befriends Alex and Sergio because of Au. He, although having other friends, has the tendency to stick with Au, Sergio, Alex, Jake, Deco. The friendship between him and Au is known particularly in the group, and Au sometimes even goes up to Dormer's Wells with Jay before doing photography after some school days.
Au
Yes, he is writing WLTM in this novel (do I get an award for "novelception"?) and Crossride Abuse. Also, he is already friends with Alex, Jay, Jake, Deco. Sergio takes an interest in Au's interest of transport and befriends Au. Au is a novelist, blogger, photographer who is handling loads of work, including exams. Yet, he still finds time for his friends. He is friendly, and has ended up making many friends, unintentionally. However, he has made some enemies en-route and this has lead to conflict on buses. The amount of enemies is, however, very small, and there is only one sworn enemy of Au - Robin Trouski.
Jake Nibhall
Blogger, cyclist, anime liker. He is already friends with Au, Jay. He later befriends Sergio and Alex.
Robin Trouski
Sworn enemy of Au, and later, enemy of Alex and Sergio. He has an hatred of Au because of annoyance, even though there are many who sees this point as false. He does have a best friendship with Juan Ramos, who holds a more conservative view of Au and his friends. His hatred of Sergio becomes very bad, after he knows that Sergio's father is good friends with his father, as they work in his father's construction company. He does whatever he can to make Sergio suffer at home.
Felix Hernandez
Moving to Spain leaving his former best friend, Au in 2010 lead to him returning to Spain. He was in the same school as Sergio, and he had an hatred of Sergio originating from when they were in the same school when they were younger, before he moved to London. Although kind, he can make rash decisions that can harm others unintentionally. He returns to living in Kew Riverside by 2013 because of the financial crisis of Spain, and family matters. This complicates things in school when he returns, as he finds that Sergio is there.
Juan Ramos
Formerly had a hatred of Au, before making a more conservative approach. This is noted, as he soon differs views with Robin. They are both ever-present in the Boston Manor Road buses, as he and Robin live in Hanwell. He isn't known to actually be mean, but he does support most things Robin does.
